After taking the executives through defining Vendini's brand compass and vision, I created the first Vendini Brand Guidelines, called The Little Green Book. It was the documented map to our mission, manifesto, style guide and used as a reference to give us a foundation to measure ourselves and stand out in our own identity. This unified all employees internally by using this manual as a compass and externally as a way for Sales, Public Relations and public facing events that needed a better definition, look, feel and voice that separated us from our incumbents.
